I'll give this place a negative rating. Terrible place to get anything. Went in a on Friday to get 2 links taken out of a watch. Could not get it open when I got there. It was stuck so Kirk tried to get it open could not get it. Talk down to me like I was a child. Then tossed it back at me and said "it's broken take it back" in a very angry way. I was very taken back from it. Told him I got as a Christmas gift. He then told me he can't do anything about it. I left the store very mad. No one should treat anyone like this. After I got it open went back to the place then asked someone else to get it sized they took it back and said it will be done later that night or you can pick it up the next day. Went in the next day to pick it up and it was still not done. They said they would call me when it was ready or to stop back the next day. Never got a call back. Went back the next day. Still was not done, was told they didnt have time to get to it but would do it before closing that day. So I took it back. Awful place to get things from or to have current...

I went to adjust my nephew's watch and replace the battery in my watch. They were very kind and patient with my nephew's and his indecisiveness. They guided him with their expertise while making him feel as if he landed on the choice on his own. While changing the battery in my watch they discovered the battery corroded. While cleaning the inside prior to replacing the battery I was provided with recommendations on how to prevent that from happening with my watches. Kirk and his staff are one of a kind. They are happy to help you without being pushy sales people. Thought I had an issue with a watch that I had purchased from Kirk's Jeweler's about a year prior but Kirk was able to help me, explain the mechanism of the watch and was just a gentleman about the whole thing.
