This is the worst service center! I have been waiting 11 mos for repairs to be done and they have lied and caused more damage to my camper. Once you take possession of the camper they don’t care because it’s a done deal. This service center is very disorganized, short staff and full of excuses. I will be calling BBB and my attorney. I have pictures of their sloppy work and while doing some repairs they have damaged other areas of the camper. And my camper still isn’t fixed and I have contacted the manufacturer and general manager. They replaced the sink because of a brown stain but never replace the ring which has brown stains (rust) and it was put back crooked and now is dented inside and scratched. The trim in the bunkhouse buckled so they used a staple gun and put about 10 holes down the trim and while fixing the trim they scratched the cabinet door to the left of the trim. They never replaced the cover to the water heater and left it open all winter and the flooring they replaced has dark spots or stains. This is acceptable work to them but not me and I’m not letting this go. They lied to me for 3 mos saying they are working on it with the manufacture so when i called the manufacturer, I was told there wasn’t a claim opened. They had me go to our campground 3 times saying they needed pictures then it was we need better pictures then they had me measure panels so they could order outside skirting bc they dented and scratched it when it was delivered. There is so much more I could say but stay away from meyers and I don’t recommend this place at all. This has been a horrible experience and I would never purchase another camper...
Read moreLeft my camper with them for a week to do service on some warranty issues. When I returned the issues were not resolved. This was after they called me and said they resolved everything. I had to wait for them to resolve them on the spot. I could have done that from the beginning but they said they needed it for a week. One of the issues they did not complete because they said the manufacturer would 'probably not' cover it. I told them to contact the manufacturer to find out for sure and not 'probably' which they said they would do and call me with the results. I never received a call from them. I got tired of beating a dead horse so I contacted the manufacturer, Grand Design, and they made it right. I can't understand why this place has 5 star reviews. They must be friends and family of the owner...
