Store made an error on a delivery address and customer service said there was nothing they can do to fix it. Instead of trying to solve the issue, they said it was out of their hands. Not impressed with their customer service. Don't need to shop with this...

I like Free People clothing and this location is nice and neat with really nice associates. However even the stuff on the sales rack is too expensive. I prefer to shop Free People at Macys...
