Excellent Customer Service - Why? Me and my aunt came to this shop in Garden City Long Island New York (So glad it is in Long Island). Everyone in the shop so nice and greeted/welcome us to the shop when first walked in. My aunt had an amazing shopping experience even though she does not speak English. An associate was able to assist my aunt with her language and provided my aunt great recommendations. As a result, my aunt purchased lots of clothings that fit her so well and she told her friends/family about her shopping experience. My aunt will definitely come back to shop more. / The clothings are pretty nice especially the dresses. When I first told my friends and family, they don’t know this location. I hope Hobbs London can put up more updates and or store events so people will know this shop location.
