I actually came in here thinking they would have home goods. Ya know like carpet cleaner, or detergent or various other cleaning products for my apartment & they do believe it or not. It's almost all the way in the corner of the building with one or two short shelves. After finding the only bottle of carpet cleaner for pets. (I don't have a pet but I did have a stained carpet) I walked to the front waited on line & tragically this is what happened. I get to the line it's my turn yay! "Please use cashier number 5!" So I go to the cashier & no one is there I waited 5 minutes for someone anyone to turn up & like a ghost I haunted the store standing around waiting, i look to the right "please use cashier number 9" & someone is immediately attended to. Nervous, offended, & now frustrated I took one look at the pet carpet cleaner, one last look around the store, made a promise to myself right then & there don't ever come back in here for anything ever. I left the pet carpet cleaner next to the cash register & left. There's home goods in extremely limited quantities here but most of it is just novelty products & items you would otherwise use for home decour. If you are a guy this place is a nightmare...

Went there a little too early before they were opened, and a nice young man who works there (sorry didn't get his name) allowed me to hang out in the foyer. While I was sitting inside there, another worker came to the door and told me I had to leave before she could open the door, mine you it was 3 mins before opening hours, and she was soo rude about it. However, the nice guy with glasses came back and said it was OK and apologized to me and opened the doors for all the early shoppers waiting with me. He truly represented Home Goods!! She did not!! This was my favorite store until today. I was online for 45 minutes to purchase 2 items. When I finally got to the register, the cashier rang up my first item, which had a sticker price of $39.99. She turns to me and says “this is the wrong price. It should be $80”. She ripped off the price sticker & repeated “it’s $80. Do you want still want it?”

How do you not honor the price tag that is glued to the item? I was just so annoyed!! Disappointed at this cashier’s lack of customer service. I will be back to return some items & speak to a Manager but this will be my last time at...
