Appalling customer service. We went to Leder's last Saturday. We were buzzed in, but not greeted or even acknowledged when walk entered. The counter person kept his head down concentrating on whatever he was doing. Although we thought it was odd to be completely ignored we patiently browsed waiting for him to finish.
