I am not one to write reviews. I can't give a review of the couch because I didn't end up buying it. I fell in love with couch on Memorial Day. The manager (Bryan) told my husband and I that it was on sale for 20%. We wanted to measure our room and see how many pieces we needed. I came to the store a few days later to purchase the couch. Once Mary rung it up it came to about 6500. I said is that including the 20%? She said no that sale is over. She then told me that if I had a quote written then they would honor the sale. I asked if the manager could do something since I was in the store on Memorial Day. She called Bryan and puts him on speaker - he tells me he never met me and meets 1000s of people a day.He then told me I can wait for the July 4th sale. His voice was beyond rude and unprofessional. I had my 2 year jumping up and down on couches and we stayed talking to him for a hour ! And the sales associate Mary said, "Hi so good to see you again" when I walked in. She could have said Bryan I remember them. At first I was upset because I really wanted to buy the couch but I can't see myself giving money to people who were so rude and I can only imagine if I ever had a problem with the couch after purchasing it. We were hosting our first Thanksgiving in our new apartment and realized we needed a bigger couch to support our family visiting. We currently had a loveseat that only sat 3 people and was not very comfortable. Did some research on multiple brands of couches and none of them really looked appealing and also had a 4-6 week turnaround. Decided to stop in at the Love Sac at Roosevelt Field and immediately fell in love with the midnight navy blue sactional that was out front. One of the managers, Angelique was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect setup! It was great to have such a knowledgeable employee on the brand, she really displayed passion about the sactionals meeting my needs for now and long term. The best part is she was confident about it being at my home within 2-weeks, making it on time for the holiday! I had popped into the store several weeks ago to discuss purchasing a sectional and fell in love with the Pom Pom throw pillows. Although I was still undecided on the sectional, I went back the next week to purchase the throw pillows I had seen and liked . Unfortunately they were unavailable to purchase because they were still a display item. I left my name snd number to be called when they were available and a few weeks later the same sales rep called me . I was so impressed that she remembered to call Me that I decided to buy the sectional I had been going back snd forth over for a few months. She was knowledgeable and kind snd had a lot of patience with me. I’m excited to get my new sectional soon.
