Have LOVED Wlliams-Sonoma forever! Bought everything from bread mixes & bread makers to coffee machines & specialty coffees, teas, spreads, pots, pans, cooking classes, you name it, I've bought it! In person, I've always lived your various demonstrations! Online orders, which became more prevalent early 2000s. But today, due to Covid-19, I placed an almost $200 order. Unfortunately, the major part is arriving by mail; a beautiful All Clad roasting pan for Thanksgiving. The minor part, a jar of Cranberry relish, (I would have bought the two pack bargain deal, but it wasn't offered for store pick up, only 2 separate jars which cost more) AND a jar of your wonderful turkey brine. This amounted to scarcely $24! I arrived at the mall, called to let them know I was there & asked where I should wait, & they asked me what car i was sitting in. Quickly out was a clerk with short black hair, probably late 40s to early 50s (hard to discern with the mask). I certainly understand you need to verify if I am the customer. BUT, being the only red Mercedes sitting where you just asked me short of 4 minutes prior to sit in broad daylight at just after 3pm. Would you REALLY have someone fraudulently try to call the store to steal a $24 order of relish & brine in a $90,000 car???? Has society really gotten that untrustworthy & criminal???? She asked for my license, but when she saw me digging through my handbag worth a few months salary & saw my 7 year old sitting in the back seat she asked to see my email, with a softer tone in her voice. Read moreHorrible company, horrible customer service process. I ordered chairs two years ago from Williams Sonoma brand. They came damaged. After 2 years of waiting for the replacement to be made and come (mind you every time i would call i would be told another week or some other song and dance) they picked up the chairs for a refund. I have been waiting two months for my refund. I call weekly and am told it’s being processed, there is an issue with my card being expired (it wasn’t), that they can do a gift card (I will never shop here again) and that they will mail a check. I’m currently on hold for an hour for the 9th time after being told that the check wasn’t issued. My $700 is being held hostage. At this point I’ll likely have to go to small claims. Luckily I have documentation of the chairs being picked up. Do better...

It was not a discontinued item. They refused to issue a return in the form of store credit without an order number or receipt, which I did not have since it was anonymous.
