Update #4 (3/2/23): I am a pending disability case and minority on multiple levels. I try to call the pharmacy in the late morning to try to clear up discrepancies with medications and get Melody, who has consistently poor customer service skills as one of the late morning pharmacist phone consultant. I don't know why, but she exhibits very little willingness to help, does not answer questions and redirects them to her "suggestions," which are always in a sharp tone, almost as if she is yelling. I wonder if my PHI is being yelled across the back of the store whenever I speak with her... I feel belittled just for asking for clarification and seeing the medications I'm on, wondering if it is even bias. The rest of the pharmacy has always been so helpful, as well as the floor staff but I am not sure why this Melody treats me this way and I may have to take my business elsewhere after years of care... Having experience in this field for years, Melody makes me, as the customer, feel unwelcomed to get what should be basic health care. Compassion, patience and high EI is what is needed most in these fields and it is not evident whenever I need it most. 3 stars at max.
Original review (2/28/19): Very convenient location. Near banks and has a shopping lot that is free to park in after 6PM and on Sundays. I have been going to this CVS for years, but decided to finally write a review because of how far it's come. Within a month, the store's layout has been redone, everything looking a lot neater. This is good for quick shopping visits. Employees are always quick to assist, especially when it comes to difficulties with the self-checkout and the pharmacists are nice.
Only complaints I have are that bottled water isn't restocked often enough, and there are never any baskets present...
Read moreOverall very convenient and well stocked. Easy parking right near by. Most employees are very helpful, but I did have one bad experience over a year ago, below. However this was a one off and otherwise I have no bad experiences. They do tend to get busy at times and could use more help. Very nasty employees. I was running late and came at 6:05 on Sunday to pick up a prescription medication that I ran out of and I received a text that it was waiting for me. The Pharmacy was still open and they were helping a customer, even though they close at 6. I told the pharmacist the situation and she very rudely told me that they were closed and she would not help me, even though there were 3 employees there and all I needed to do was pay for it. I would have taken less time than I am spending writing this negative review. However, she raised her voice at me and told me to come tomorrow, there is nothing she can or will do. I told her I will take my business elsewhere and she told me please do. Then I went to the front of the store to ask for the store manager. This employee told me the manager left for the day and there is nothing that can be done, they are closed in the pharmacy and proceeded to defend the nasty employee rather than try to help me. What if this was a life threatening emergency and I had to have my meds! They basically told me that I would have to suffer the consequences. I can only hope that a Walgreen's opens up...
Read moreMy first time getting prescription from this location and it will sure be my last time going there. The female worker at the pick up window had no facial expressions and was just looking at me so I ended up have to ask is it here for pick up as there are two windows one next to the other. she seems lost not knowing what to do next she was stepping back and forth between the two windows and also left an old man hanging at the other window. That poor man was wearing a hearing aid and looks like he didn’t understand what she was telling him also. She doesn’t speak clearly by the way. She mumbles! And Instead of trying to resolve the issue for him, she left him standing by himself at that window moved to the one I was in line for and guess what, she gave me that “move aside “ look when I was the first in line and helped this other lady behind me who was there for her prescription earlier and maybe it wasn’t ready so she went shopping in the store and now she’s in line behind me and need to pay for other items as well and there was me waiting for 10 minutes already!! This other nice lady came over to help me after seeing me waiting for this long. The rude and unprofessional staff, maybe she would be a more pleasant person if she follows her true passion and go work for a cosmetic surgeon so she doesn’t have to be so miserable...
