It was 4 of us and an 18% service charge was added too the bill automatically. Even though they had a gratuity guide on the bottom of the bill (15%, 18%, 20%), they automatically went for 18%. They decided and rated their service for us!? I don't understand the automatic service charge mentality. I come to your place of business to give you MY business and you charge me for the service? Hy not charge me for the electricity since the AC is running and the lights are on? This must be the owner's responsibility to pay they waiters and the service staff, not the customer's. If a customer feels the service was as expected and/or above expectation only then the customer should decide to leave the tip or not and how much to leave. All the other tables received there water except us, Why should I have to ask for it? Then we placed our order and waited 35 mins to get our food. Really? 35 mins? I took us 10-15 mins to eat but 35 mins to get the food? Who runs a restaurant business this way? The food was NOT worth the wait, I can assure you that. 25 mins into waiting for the food, the waitress stops us on the way to the bathroom to let us know that they do NOT have any shawarma. Really? After getting the Check, I notices that they added an 18% tip on the bill for a party of two. Are they allowed to do that? And on top of that, they charge you 4% to pay your bill with a credit card.
