One star for your customer care service. A little boy was waiting for this 5th grader girl to be done for half an hour. I asked a staff if a girl can stay painting while take the little boy to get fresh air outside quickly and she said "yes". When I was taking the boy out, one of the employee was loudly said, "Excuse me! You have to pay!" I said, "I am not leaving." She said, "But some people don't pay and they just leave!" in a very embarrassing way in front of many people in the business. She should have said differently with a better customer care skill. I will not go back to this place. It seemed like all the staffs are very young, which is of course okay, but seemingly inexperienced/unprofessional. The product of painting is satisfying. However, compare to 3~5 years ago, I would say the quality and the satisfaction from staff's service and their artsy contribution have been decreased. Before, I remember that staffs cared about the good looks of children's paints by helping them little bit, add some of their professional ideas, ask what they are drawing, and show some ideas if children don't know what to specifically draw. Great activity for all ages! Went with my nephews and we all had a lot of fun. The staff is incredibly patient, informative and helpful. According to my wife, the staff is way better than those at similar places. They were attentive, helped with ideas, offered assistance with details, painting techniques, colors, and even helped entertain a 2 year old so he wouldn't mess up his older brother's work. Just don't expect to take home your masterpiece the same day you create it. If I'm not mistaken, you'll get a phone call that it's ready to be picked up 7-10 days later. One star off from me for customer service by girl in the front. She was very rude when I asked her for new paints or a clean palette. She literally yelled at me that shes closing while people were paying. This was very rude and unprofessional. OTHER than that this place was great the guy on the floor was nice . Lots of pieces to chose from and nice colors. I would recommend it for a fun experience with your friends or children. It's very affordable too its 10 plus whatever you choose to paint and then tax.
