On Monday September 18th, 2017 I ordered food from this Burger King for my daughter and when I got home I was taking the fries out of the cup to put on a plate and I felt something hard at the bottom I looked and saw a razor blade in the cup. Immediately I called the owners brother who is a family friend and lawyer and left him a voicemail as I didn't have the actual owners number, he later called me back and informed me "he doesn't get along with his brother Jason but he did call him and inform him of the situation, he also gave him my name and number." I returned back to Burger King 25-30 mins later with the cup a few fries still in it and the guy who took my order who I believe is a "co-manager" admitted to myself and my uncle that someone was using a razor earlier to clean something and one out of the 2 they have is missing. I asked to speak to someone above him so called the actual manager who spoke to me on the phone and claimed "he was already in bed and didn't want to get dressed come out, so he'll speak to me tomorrow (Sept. 19th, 2017) at 10 am". I like other normal people have a job so I couldn't make it at 10 and I told him that so he said come at 4:30 pm. Fast forward to the next evening, there was a little traffic picking my daughter up from school so I arrived at 5:30 pm he was still there but acted as if he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about even though I gave him my name and phone number the night before. Then there was a random lady behind the counter who I'm guessing was a relative of the owner who asked "what I wanted" I told her the story and her response was the "manager told the owner and he'll look into in" and she walked away before I could get a word out or ask her for her name. I asked the "manager" to ask her to come back from out of the office she came and I asked her for the original cup with the Razor blade in it and her response was "it's already in the office" So I said to her "didn't you just come from the office?" she says "yes" so my reply was "well can I have the cup" she said "no" in a nasty manner and turns her back to say something to the manager in a low tone. I asked her again for her name and she refused to give me her name or the cup luckily I have a video and pictures of the razor blade and video of my conversation with the guy who took my order where he admitted to "someone using the razor blade to clean". This establishment is very unprofessional and brushed the matter off as if it wasn't important that a razor blade was found in the meal of a 4 year old. Just imagine if it was a meal she was eating on the go while in the car and she stuck her fingers in the cup I would have spent the night at the emergency room, while the "manager" was at home enjoying his night!! I still have yet to hear back from the owner, that goes to show how much they care about the customers. Jason Foccaro lost a loyal customer who has been eating there for years, but I'm sure he doesn't care because he's already...

After seeing he was not going to help me at all, I proceeded to tell him my order so the cooks could at least get started on it. Once I received my food, I noticed that he never gave me my receipt so when I asked for it, he gave it to me. I asked him if I could receive a free sandwich meal from the menu as stated on both signs on the cash registers (“If you do not recieve a receipt with your purchase. You are entitled to a free sandwich from our menu on your next visit”) He responded by saying the following: “I gave you your receipt. Stop busting my balls. I gave you your receipt. You can get out of here.” Astonished by his unprofessional and inappropriate response, I left in awe by the fact that a so called “assistant manager” could be this...
Read morefirst of all ik you were wondering and yes this is my real name it’s very very common in Lithuania. anyway my 1st mistake was when i confused them for McDonald’s and they took it one step too personally. then when i got my order i dropped the tray on the person behind the counter (sorry Cynthia Garcia) and that was kind of the last straw. overall it’s a decent McDonalds and it has a play pen for the kiddies which is real nice but I don’t allow Jack or jill (my daughters) on it bc they r only 9 yrs young (therefore too young so it’s dangerous, don’t want em getting injured) 10/10 food quality but they don’t serve Big Macs which I found to be a bit impolite but I like this McDonald’s a lot and will be returning even though it’s a forty five minute drive from my residence since my town doesn’t have a McDonald’s and only has Burger King...
