Terrible management. Unclear store policies. Recieved a gift for my daughter’s birthday of a princess aurora doll wrapped in clear packaging. We took one look at the doll through the packaging with the learning express logos on the wrapping and realized that we already had this doll. We had a gift receipt attached to the gift and went to go do an even exchange for the princess belle doll instead. I was then told that I was not allowed to do an exchange because it was “store policy”. When I asked about why this item was given a gift receipt if exchanges werent allowed, I was given no response and simply ignored. There is no return policy written on the gift receipt or anywhere in the store to provide any clarity to the customer. The gift receipt only actually states “this receipt is for exchanges” Please don’t purchase any gifts for anyone in this store. I have been buying gifts here for friends and for my own children for years but will be purchasing from amazon or other big box stores in the future to avoid...
