Mickey's Place — Local services in Town of Otsego

What an incredible hat store. They have every hat you might want. The guys in the store were great with the kids and very helpful! However, the two young girls working there were rude and unhelpful on Thu and Fri. They a at on their phones, ignored customers or refused to look for different sizes and said no we don’t have that size. It was very disappointing when all my kid wants to do is spend his money (which he saved) there and the staff member has him in tears because of how rude they are. I've had both positive and negative experiences with Mickey's Place. The good is that their shipping is fairly quick and efficient but the not so good is their customer service which is inconsistent at best and many of their Cooperstown caps aren't accurate for the respective team's era. They only provide one image of the caps on their website and when I asked several times if they could provide me with more pics from different angles, all my emails were ignored. I'll buy from them again but I'll make sure I do my research first because...

This place is hands down the best.....I've bought over 50 hats from them throughout the years.....sometimes I feel I annoy them by asking detailed questions about certain Cooperstown hats but the staff are always as kind as can be and helpful in answering my questions......hats are always delivered in mint condition and if the wrong hat is sent or I decide I don't like it they're always kind to take it back......no reason mickeys place should not get 5 stars on a...
