Staff was so incredibly rude even though I spent upwards of 300 dollars here. They were gossiping loudly about other customers in the store in front of myself and the other people I was with. They even went so far as to mock another customer loudly at the register while the customer was just out of ear shot. I have been dissatisfied with the service here before, but never was so moved to write a review. When I asked them a question at the register, one of the three employees dramatically replied with a loud and curt “NO.” I adore flying point in Southampton but am appalled by the experience I have often had in the Sag Harbor store. However, recently at Flying Point Sport, I purchased a GoPro Silver and bought the recommended SD card as well. Within the first two weeks of having it, I was having trouble viewing my content. When I finally figured out the problem after numerous phone calls to GoPro, I learned that I had been sold the wrong type of SD Card (ADATA), which isn't compatible with GoPro. 177 photos and videos gone, probably because of the stores ignorance to the products they are selling. I only received one automated email from them. It wasn’t until I reached out to them almost a week later (9/8) to see what the status of my order was. They responded to me 3 days later saying they would check on it right now and let me know. Well, it is now 9/25 and I have yet to hear back from anyone.
