Trips into Schiavoni's became a highlight of my vacation to Sag Harbor back in May. The place is small and has a great selection of high quality ingredients for whatever you want to cook. All the olive oil is "good" olive oil, and so on. You can also pick up things like firewood and grab-n-go eats as well. The prices are high, but hey - it's The Hamptons, and are you really going to drive 20 minutes to IGA for soy sauce? I do wish it stayed open later, I can imagine that even locals don't love the hours.
