I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent purchase I made at your store.
Yesterday, I bought a pair of vintage suede pumps with a two-inch heel. While they appeared to be in good condition and fit well when tried on, I wore them for only one hour today when both heels completely detached. This incident occurred while I was walking in New York City, leaving me no choice but to walk barefoot to locate a shoemaker — an experience that was not only inconvenient but quite humiliating.
It appears that the heels may have been glued on to present the shoes as being in better condition than they truly were. I purchased them in good faith, trusting the quality and integrity of your merchandise.
I kindly ask that you look into this matter and advise how it can be resolved. I am happy to return the shoes for your inspection and would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation.
