The utilization of plastic utensils and glasses in exchange for the exorbitant prices charged for the cuisine at this establishment is unequivocally unacceptable and constitutes a severe affront to our planet. The prevailing practice of employing single-use plastic, both in terms of its frequency and scope, is utterly deplorable. Regrettably, one does not need to rely on their imagination to envision the distressing magnitude of waste generated by this establishment, as the sight of 36 brimming garbage cans lined up along the curb on garbage day serves as a vivid reminder.

Furthermore, the assertion made on the menu that the utensils are "biodegradable" is a gross misrepresentation, one that capitalizes on the prevailing misconception surrounding these so-called "biodegradable" plastics. It has become widely recognized that these materials, despite their purported environmentally friendly nature, ultimately find themselves consigned to landfills alongside their conventional counterparts. This disingenuous attempt at greenwashing serves only to deceive consumers, with no real impact on mitigating the waste problem. It is imperative that this establishment reconsider its practices in this regard.

For those who hold the well-being of our planet dear, I implore you to steer clear of this establishment at all costs. And may I add, when one expends the staggering sum of $27 on a solitary cocktail, it is not an unreasonable expectation to anticipate being served the most superlative libation imaginable, one that transcends the boundaries of mere taste and leaves an indelible mark on one's sensory faculties. Updating my review on 10/23: Gave Early Terrible another shot as a friend wanted to try and the bartender there did an EXCELLENT job of remembering the order everyone arrived in, acknowledging patrons, and getting back to them when he was free. The issue is, it's a cocktail bar and he was the only bartender. I do not blame him, but the wait time for drinks was quite long. While I was waiting a kid came in and said, "Is this the line?!" For our second round we ordered wine to reduce wait time. So, adding two stars for the excellent bartender, but I hope they figure out a way to get a second bartender behind the bar or another solution.

Original review: This place has real potential. I love the decor and used to come here somewhat regularly so can say the drinks were good when I was able to get them. However, as others have said, the bar staff tends to not serve people in the order they come to the bar. I know serving is not the easiest job, but this has happened to me twice now, including the last time I went where I was never served. After waiting about 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement or service, I walked across the street to Silvia's bar. I hope a better system...

On a relatively cold Saturday afternoon, we decided to checkout Early Terrible for their specialty cocktails. Their setup is very unique and the place has major wintery vibes! Lots of outdoor seating with fireplace in and around seating - enough to keep you warm enough as you enjoy their spirit forward cocktails.

We ordered the Mezcal Penicillin ($17) and Smoke Signals ($19) both mezcal based cocktails which were prepared by, one of the most stunning and attractive bartenders / cocktail mixers. They do tend to get busy, so your cocktails do take a while to get ready, but the pretty looking ladies keep you occupied at the bar! Cocktails though are absolutely amazing and have a serious punch and flavor to it.

We spent close to two hours at this location and there was enough for our toddler to be occupied with as well, including three swings at the entrance of this establishment. Highly recommended and will definitely...
