For over 70 years Anna’s has remained a uniquely curated and enchanting little store tucked away in the Park Place Hotel. I don’t typically write reviews at such length but the business as well as the owners deserve a thoughtful review. I spoke with Anna and her husband while shopping through this place finding gem after gem. Anna and her husband have owned this store for over 70 years and they have no idea about the reviews they’ve received, but they do know business has been struggling. With the restaurant next door still closed and the hotel slower than usual they have experienced some hardships through the past year or so. Of all the little shops in Traverse City this one is a must visit. It’s simply joyful, an assortment of beautiful antiquities, stones (including petoskey), international intrigues from around the world, and wonderfully unique souvenirs and gifts. All at prices you would never expect from a store in Park Place, in Traverse City. I came here after being disappointed with the selection at the stores downtown. I found them high priced, mass produced, lacking excitement or uniqueness. I am so thrilled to have visited Anna’s. I left with 4 gem stones, a petoskey stone, a raw copper nugget, and a Peruvian hand painted clay whistle. All for under $50. The store and the owners are an absolute delight, when you meet and chat with Anna you will soon realize this shop is a wonderland of her creation. Her personality is one of a kind and so is her shop. Don’t wait, be sure to visit Anna’s Creations and...
Read moreMy mother and I visited this charming gift store in Traverse City, and it was an experience I won’t forget! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the owners, who exuded a genuine passion for their shop. They took the time to talk with us, and upon hearing I did not have a nativity set in my home, gave me one free of charge! I couldn't believe the thoughtfulness.
The atmosphere was inviting, filled with unique and beautiful gifts. I found everything from jewelry to beautiful antiques,.
What truly stood out was their kindness; they treated every customer like a friend. Their enthusiasm made shopping here a delightful experience. I left not just with wonderful gifts but also with a sense of community. If you’re in Traverse City, this store is a must-visit! You won’t just find great gifts; you’ll also meet some truly...

My husband and I visited as Traverse City tourists for 3 days and stayed at the Park Place Hotel. I did not expect to find my favorite shop right there in the lobby. It's like a storybook shop!
The items were unique and beautiful, and the prices were awesome. If we had stayed much longer, I think I'd probably have gone overbudget on this shop alone, haha. I thought it was so funny that I didn't find a single thing that I liked in the nearby 4-story antique store, but kept loading up right there at Anna's in the lobby!
Anyway, the owner was SUPER nice and even remembered us the second day. She was great! I'd highly recommend stopping here if you're a fan of curiosities and...
