Sharen's Flowers — Local services in Treasure Island

I live in Michigan and my mother was spending mother's day in Florida. I contacted this company to have an arrangement delivered to my mom at her hotel in treasure island. I was concerned ordering from a company I knew nothing about, and made a call to them when I needed to know if their delivery made it. It was a couple hours later than expected(such a busy time with mother's day) but when it arrived it was nothing what I expected. It EXCEEDED my expectations in every way! What a beautiful arrangement for such a reasonable price! So happy I found them and they were able to accomplish everything I asked for and more from just a phone conversation! I HIGHLY recommend this florist! Thank you Sharen's for helping me make my mom's mother's day beautiful when we were states away! I picked this place based on its google reviews. I placed an order online for same day delivery. The order goes through and my card was charged. Two hours later I get an email (and thank goodness I was at my computer) informing me the order has been cancelled due to stock issues. I called them, twice with no answer, after they opened for business. The owner, Sharon, calls me back and I is very rude and annoyed. I told her if you are going to cancel and order for same day delivery, a phone call might not be out of line, as what if I hadnt gotten that until late in the day and it was for someones birthday. She became rude and belligerent again, at which point I told her I was placing an order with someone else, as frankly I don't need these when trying to buy flowers. Sharen created our wedding bouquets and she is AMAZING at what she does. As a wedding photographer, I've seen a lot of bouquets, but the one that Sharen created for me was one of my favorites I've ever seen.

We met Sharen in her shop prior to our wedding and we went through what kind of color scheme we wanted as well as a general idea for flowers. While we were there, Sharen told us about different types of flowers that she thought we may like. I was a little hesitant to know how well all of the colors would go with our wedding (we were DIYing a lot and my bridesmaids were all wearing different colored dresses), but WOW.
