The Sweet Life Bistro and it's owner, Sammy, are both treasures on Treasure Island. The bistro is a very nice, quaint, shop full of delicious offerings. It's also the only place on the island open in the evenings for a great cup of coffee, espresso or other coffee drink. My adult son and I visited the shop every night of our week's stay for coffee and dessert as well as a couple of afternoons for a smoothie - that's how good the offerings are here! My son's favorite was the Tiramisu and my favorite was the Affogato which Sammy recommended and introduced me to. What really makes this place special is the service. Sammy is a very nice gentlemen who welcomes you as if you're an old friend and makes you feel right at home. We enjoyed the conversation with him as much as the coffee and desserts. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and trying out one of the many offerings here! I can't wait to...
Read moreMy friend and I are on vacation, and we woke up wanting to find a coffee shop to walk to. After Googling some options, we came across Sweet Life Bistro. From the start, the reviews were great, so we had to check it out ourselves, and I have to say, it did not disappoint. They offered a variety of delicious coffee options, and donât get me started on their natural smoothies! Everything they make is all-natural, using real fruit.
The owner, Sammy, was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was just what we wanted. My friend and I ordered the Java mocha coffee, and we also tried their tropical harmony smoothie. It was one of the best smoothie and coffee combinations Iâve ever had! We told Sammy that we would be back every morning, thatâs how much...

I saw some pastries and chocolates so I decided to check it out. The store is cute and is in the very touristy section of Treasure Island. The pastries were actually just muffins and bagels. I ended up getting one scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone (which had the paper stuck to it). The ice cream was average. The cost was $9 before tip (which I didnât give because the owner of the shop was the service provider). The value wasnât there for me. Nothing was priced anywhere either, so you get the shock...
