Rally House Oakland Mall — Local services in Troy

I’ve never shopped here but stopped in to browse U of M hoodies. Young lady at door greeted me with a smile and welcome but down hill from there. A young man was there working and maybe just me but followed me from rack to rack pretending to scan items though he never actually scanned anything. At one point I moved purposely to a rack I was not interested in and yes, so did he. I’ve NEVER in my life felt so uncomfortable shopping. Place is a joke. Everytime I walk by its empty and doesnt even look like there is staff in the store. Ive gone in a few times and only one person has helped me.
