I like this store a lot. I did find it extremly annoying though that they don’t post their hours for their notary’s lunch online. Instead of states that they’ll be there all day I drove from Tahoe to see the notary and I happen to hit it right at lunchtime (2-3 for their notary) and they said well we have it posted here in the store, I just think people should know that they Are not open throughout their business hoursI had another appointment at three so I couldn’t come back please post your Actualhours online!!!. UPS store in town has appointment scheduled unfortunately they were closed today. That’s why I was going to Office Boss. Maybe Office Boss should consider something similar. I sent a box through UPS at The Office Boss for the holidays and it arrived damaged. Sky filed a claim for me and was able to get a refund for my item that was covered through the included package insurance and patiently negotiated getting my shipping charges refunded as well. He touched base and kept me updated and had a positive attitude about it all. This made all the difference and a huge reason why I'll be supporting The Office Boss in the future. You don't find that customer service when you go through the carrier and I only had to speak with Sky, not spend my time on hold or emailing back and forth with the carrier. ...

Full Service Shipping. I came with a computer and needed to print and mail a court letter, and send someones cell phone back to them. The guy helped me get set up for printing, downloading the printer to my computer. He also padded the cell phone and packed everything up for me. Even if they charge bit more for shipping ( I don't know if they do) it would be worth it for the full service they offer. Lots of cute little note books and art...
