A little disappointed with my experience today. I ordered online and scheduled a pickup time to get my food during my lunch. My order was ready right as I walked in, great. The chips I ordered were out of stock, no biggie, I grabbed my next favorite. The medium drink cups were out too so they gave me a large. Thought I was lucky getting some extra stuff! Unfortunately my sandwich is where the ball was really dropped. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch, NO ranch, NO tomatoes and add olives and pickles. When I got back to work and started eating, there was still ranch and tomatoes on my sandwich and the pickles and olives weren’t added. I can deal with the stuff on it that I said I didn’t want, what really is the problem here is that there were a ton of red sauce fingerprints all over my sandwich from what I would assume they touched/made before mine. I know mistakes happen, and I know it gets busy, but you should still take a few extra seconds to be more attentive. I’m just disappointed in the experience today. Also, every time I’ve gone to this location they’ve messed up my order, last time I got a completely different sandwich than what I ordered and I was on lunch break and didn’t have time to say something and make them fix it. Read moreI try not to post negative things and try to see positive things and everything I love love love Firehouse Subs but today I got to tell you it was terrible the service was terrible the food was terrible and I was very disappointed. I visit this chain at least three times a month and this is the first time it was terrible so overall they're amazing their sandwiches are always fresh they're always good the service is wonderful and the people are great but today the Firehouse Subs in Tualatin staff failed miserably I did not like my sandwich at all and did not even end up eating it but I didn't find out it was terrible until I got way far to Hillsboro. I want to say over all their amazing I love them but today really was an eye-opener for me sorry Firehouse Subs maybe Tualatin store needs a little more coaching. I don't know that I'll go back even though I've had so many great experiences it only takes one bad one to ruin it for everybody. The saddest part is I would go there once a month for my company's meeting and I probably won't do that again which is a very large order. Read moreThis review is purely about customer service. I do food delivery part time and after this last time, I decided I needed to write a review. The first several times I picked up from here, the employees seemed more interested in standing around talking and joking around, or looking at their phones, than in greeting people standing at the counter or working on orders that were on tickets waiting to be made up. I had to get their attention, and then they would go, "uhh, let me look", they'd find the ticket and say, "ok, we'll get that done now". Why weren't they already working on it? Every other sandwich place is on it, working on orders, greeting you, asking what you're there to pick up, and without an attitude. The last few times I've been in, it's like I'm bothering them when I ask if an order is coming up, about how long they think it might take, and then when it's been twice as long as they said it would be and I check in with them to see how it's coming along, the looks I get and the attitude in their voices-...
