Totally lives up to the hype! I've been wanting to get my hands on the Dubai chocolate and the Tucson Chocolate Factory delivered a delicious treat! Visited with them yesterday with my sister and we had the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup. First let me talk about the amazing service we received! Tucson Chocolate Factory is located inside Bella's Gelato shop. You can't help but to be pulled in with the delicious smells wafting from the shop. We were greeted with lots of welcome ins and big smiles. Walked up the Chocolate Factory's counter and was given a tour of all of the interesting creations they have.

We took a seat in a couple of comfy chairs and table set up bistro style and dug in. The colors of the cup are just beautiful with luscious chocolate, pistachio and oh the strawberries. There were lots of strawberries throughout the cup and not a bad one in the bunch. I literally could not stop eating it. It's a chocolate dessert so it is heavy but it's worth it. The cup is priced at $16, not cheap but definitely worth the price for the confection in my opinion. Very Rich in flavor, and care is put into every piece! I WILL be buying my chocolate from them!

I saw Tucson Chocolate Factory at an event and decided to investigate. Best decision ever! The owner and I struck up a conversation, and he told me about all of his locally sourced ingredients and the care put into his product. I decided this time around to go with the Dark Chocolate with Red Wine and Sea Salt. It is so hard to find a good, well balanced sea salt dark chocolate, i should know because it is my favorite flavor or chocolate.... Well let me tell you, he hit every note perfectly!

The chocolate itself is extremely rich, and smooth, not too sweet or too bitter. The red wine is subtle, and as the chocolate melts in your mouth it blossoms into this beautiful tanon flavor. The sea salt is light, but strong, and the salt peices are the perfect size so you have a good texture, but are not biting into a chunk of salt. Honestly, it's so decadent that a couple of peices is enough to satisfy that chocolate craving.

The Regular Strawberry Dubai Cup at Tucson Chocolate Factory is a viral treat that is worth the hype! I had seen clips online, but was not sure what to expect and was wildly surprised at the indulgent combo of juicy strawberries, nutty pistachio cream, rich and creamy milk chocolate, and a satisfying kataifi crunch all working together like a chocolate lovers dream. It’s beautifully presented, generously portioned, and totally Insta-worthy! The counter display is tucked in the back corner of Bella’s Gelato (so don’t get confused and make sure to avoid parking in the church parking lot next door) and showcases the gorgeous hand crafted chocolate treats.
