Wonderful venue. The building has been lovingly converted into a cinema that captures the atmosphere of a much earlier time. It harks back to the golden age of cinema, halcyon days when a trip to see a film was an event. The facilities are bang up to date though, so you get the best of both worlds. The staff were a delight and knowledgeable about films, which added to the charm of attending the venue. The films screened are as eclectic as the events held there and all the better for it. Sound was way too loud with bad knocking noises so disruptive & frequent the headliner made it into a joke. The arm fell off my chair so we moved. The guy who had to sit there later kept dropping it noisily on the cement floor interrupting the show. They let somebody set up a folding chair in the aisle despite the fire laws. The comedy lineup manager did a warm up set which was embarrassing & not funny, particularly puzzling when there were already multiple unannounced openers and the show was...

Had an excellent time with a friend. The bartenders were super nice and the three bands were all pretty good. Obviously, they are local and young, but this is how they hone their craft. The selection of beer and wine is very limited, and not the best, but its a screening room, not a bar. I'm very happy to support the local music scene and local musicians. I'm much older than the average attendee, and I did feel a bit out of place but that's on me. I still had...
