had terrible experience returning something. i came in with an emailed receipt to return something and the cashier maria didn’t seem to know what to do with it even though i had everything ready. refund finally gets started and is in the works of being finished, when she reaches over to press print only for the receipt without asking how i wanted to get the receipt. i wanted it to be email only and there was no way to get an emailed receipt after it finished. she called over someone who either was working here longer or a manager i think juanita, doesn’t explain the situation and how she was the one who pressed the button not me, so juanita assumed it was me who had pushed the button and wasn’t able to help me get an email receipt. it would have been a different experience if i had actually asked for it printed and needed the assistance or cashier actually had decency to ask how i...

The cashier asked if I can place it on the counter and started struggling to lift it. She then said never mind I will come around. She came looked at the tag and said, "I needed to confirm the tag because you know this get switched up". I just looked at her and said nothing. I was at counter #1 and observed other customers with items with clearance tags not subjected to the same...
