Recently on a visit to Elgin Park I saw a sign to purchase a gift card and thought that would be a great idea for my company team Christmas dirty Santa gift. I placed the order online Dec 2nd thinking it would get to me before my party Dec 18th. On Dec 16th I had not received the card in the mail so I emailed McNellies. They had mailed the card on the 5th so they checked their PO Box and offered to issue me a virtual card and cancel the original card. They issued the virtual card on Dec 17th and of course the actual card was delivered that day. They took care of me with no issue or hassle. So glad I purchased local. Fantastic...

These three stars are for the quality of the Cuban sandwich I received. It was fantastic and the kitchen staff should be proud. Service here though sucks. I came in by myself at the tail end of the lunch rush. I was seated relatively fast, and I had my order taken somewhat fast. However I was never checked on and the older gentleman running the food was actually rude when he dropped the food at the table. Tables for one matter, guys. I shouldn't have to tell you that. Anyways I tipped my server $1 per trip to the table she made. Pretty damn...
