Rozay’s Wings — Restaurant in Tulsa

I am from Hawaii and we came to Tulsa to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. I was told to go to Rozay's wings for a great dinner experience. The female server was very kind. My family and I of 12 people, ordered almost $200 worth of food. We left to eat our food and the chicken wings all of them were hard, the French fries were burnt and not warm. The catfish was small, hard and had so much pepper on it that we did not even taste the little meat inside. Since the day I left the restaurant, I've been calling and calling for the last past week now and no one has answered. This is embarrassing to our family who we thought we were going to have some beautiful delicious chicken wings and catfish. Even the person who recommended us to go there was apologetic and embarrassed. I'm still trying to get in touch with him now. Trust me the server will remember us because I showed her a picture of my famous daughter in which she was aware of. I did not want to post this because this was our sad experience however no one is contacting me...

i have tried their chicken wing / fries and philly steak cheese/okra. The chicken wing where not very meaty and fries where frozen. Wing saturated with the sauce bbq. The philly steak and cheese was well portioned but to much added salt sprinkles on steak and cheese. Okra to much salt. While preparing a food dish salt is your best friend and worst enemy. Recommend that they try cavenders greek seasoning on your chicken and fries. Again be cautious of the amounts of seasoning. The entrance door is not working properly. All 5 container modular’s used here have double doors. Recommend using one of these other egress for entrance.. this will be more cost effective than repair or door swap. contact box yard...

I visited this restaurant due to word of mouth about how good the chicken was. The restaurant was nice, the staff and owner was friendly. However, the chicken received was severely over fried to where it tasted dried out and very tough. They were also different sizes. Some very small like 2 long while others were twice that size. the roll served had a very hard bottom as if it were microwaved for too long. This is all after waiting over 20mins. After this experience I wouldn't return or recommend it...
