My partner came in on Saturday to get his hair cut. It was a simple fade, just to touch up his previous haircut. I didn't get her name, but the lady with the blue/green braids did the worst haircut I have ever seen. Worse than when I tried to cut my son's hair over covid. This "fade" was nearly bald near the top, long on one side, short on the other, bald in some patches, too long in others. I cannot put into words how terribly she did. It was so patchy and poorly done. I could see from across the room that it was uneven, but I assumed she would fix it at the end. The neck is uneven, the top is uneven. It's like she's never cut hair before. I don't understand. We had reservations at a nice restaurant for my birthday that evening, and we had to postpone until his hair grows back enough for someone else to fix. He still tipped her $15 on a $35 haircut, and did not want to complain, but I will. He was so angry and upset, as am I. When we came last time, Shawna and the owner were so kind, and she did such an amazing job. She no longer works there and there is absolutely no way we will ever be back. Maybe the other barbers are better, but DO NOT go to this lady for a fade. You'd be better off trying to do it...
Read moreI can’t speak for short haired people or for people who got a haircut by anyone other than Sam/Samuel, bcuz omg this magnificent person has the best customer service out of any haircut place or really anything that includes customer service. NOT ONLY THAT. He gave the most elegant and beautiful haircut to me…TWICE. If you go, book Sam. Or don’t idc and idk how good everyone else is, but I will forever be coming back so long as my holy grail is there (Sam). He does amazing on long hair for guys and idk how he does for everything else but I can promise you that even if he does possibly mess your hair up (IMPOSSIBLE BTW) he will be nice to you about it and listen to you. I’m pretty sure he could be a Therapist too but I don’t have that many issues as of rn. I’ll go back when I’m depressed probably. I check -in at the desk and the girl states “ Okay , have a seat and Stephanie will be with you!” I stated that I had an appointment with Bobby. She said “Oh!
