I don't usually write reviews, but feel led to do so. About a year ago, my daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was the scariest time of my life, and definitely hers, but we felt the Lord's peace through it all. The song "It is well with my soul" kept coming to mind while we were in the hospital. Praise God, it was not cancer!! A few days after she was released, I happened to stop in this store. I saw the necklace "It is well with my soul" and literally broke out in tears, sobbing inside the store!! I bought it and shared my story with the owner who happened to be there that day. When I left, she came running out to my car. I thought I'd left my wallet or something but she said "the Lord put it on my heart to give this to you"...it was the same necklace I just bought for my daughter! Again, it brought me to tears. I was so grateful!! This beautiful sister in Christ truly loves the Lord and others. Her jewelry is amazing and besides my wedding band, this necklace is the most special piece of jewelry I own! My daughter and I wear them all the time and it is my pleasure to share how the owner blessed me so much that day...and how God saved my precious daughter. My husband and I made yet another purchase last Saturday from Sterling Grace Jewelry — my favorite store! Just as with all the other purchases we have made here, we are very happy and completely satisfied with the quality of our jewelry. None of our purchases has broken over the years of wearing them. Quality, quality merchandise! We purchased a mustard seed necklace last Christmas for a friend of ours who lives in Florida. She loved hers so much that she asked us where we got it and purchased one for her daughter and one of her employees. She too has been very happy with her purchases and has ordered another one for Christmas this year. In addition to quality merchandise, Sterling Grace has the friendliest employees. Even if they are working with other customers, they warmly greet us as soon as we walk in the store. They are knowledgeable and have answers to every single question we ask. They feel very close to being family members.

We visited Sterling Grace today to get my daughter’s ears pierced, and we had an exceptional experience. The lady who assisted us, whom I believe is the owner, was incredibly helpful and attentive, even on a busy Saturday.

Her emphasis on cleanliness was evident from the start. She made a point of washing her hands before proceeding and thoroughly cleaned the piercing gun. She also took care to clean my daughter’s ears meticulously, using a numbing agent to ensure my daughter’s comfort throughout the process. The entire procedure was handled with the utmost professionalism.

What made the experience even more special was the fact that Sterling Grace is a local Christian business. It’s heartening to support a business that shares our values and prioritizes customer care to such a high degree.
