Well, I hate leaving bad reviews, but when customer service is this bad, you have to. The lady at the register was very unhelpful and unresponsive. This has been going on for years with this individual, going back to when the store was on the other side of Broadway before they moved here.
I asked if I would receive stars if I ordered a regular coffee, to which she replied that she had no idea because she didn't have the app. Well, it shouldn't matter if an employee has the app or not, she should be knowledgeable about the company products and programs.
Then, I tried to ask what blends they had brewed at that time, but she pretty much ignored me. Astonishingly, she started dispensing coffee into a cup without my even being able to tell her which blend I wanted. As she dispensed the coffee, she was talking to me with her back to me and I couldn't hear a word she was saying. It didn't help that she was wearing a mask during this interaction, and she knew that I was having trouble understanding her. She did pull down the mask one time. I want to give a special thank you to Rebekah, a manager on duty bright and early in the AM, along with her fabulous employees, Lenna, Joe, and Nolan, AKA Robert!! I started coming to this new location right around the time they opened it. Was never a Starbucks fanatic till here recently and honestly it's because of these here employees. I work at 0600 in the morning so, for the majority of the time, I am there no later than 0530am. For a long time there, I was and still am, always greeted by the most welcoming staff on duty, who have taken the extra mile to remember who I am and my most favorable drink and snack on the menu. Rebekah, Lenna, Joe, and Nolan, who have and still go over and beyond, to do their job diligently and to the best of their ability every time, has truly touched my heart tremendously! I have truly been touched and blessed to know each and everyone of them. Read moreI was excited when this one opened as the staff at Cumberland were always rude and drinks were often made incorrectly. At first it was great. Was great service and friendly staff. I could pay cash without issue for my drinks. However the last few times I've gone the staff at drive through are rude and put out and yoyr apparently out of line to want to pay cash. Your paying $10-15 and hand them a 50 and it's the end of the world. Worse than a business acting put out to get cash, they get angry and rude. This is a "cash" business and if they can't handle a $50 bill then perhaps they should rethink even being in business. The issues weren't there at first.
