I was so disappointed. I went to process a shipment to Mexico, and the whole thing took almost an hour—they had me waiting while they finished with other clients. Finally, they were done and charged me $264.16. At the time, I didn’t care because all I wanted was for my family member to receive her things. Two days later, I checked the status of the shipment, and it wasn’t even halfway to the destination when it said it was going to be returned to the sender. I was so upset. Once it arrived back here, I kept missing the delivery because a signature was required. Since we were all working during the day, no one was home to sign for it. Finally, on the fourth attempt, they just left it at the door—no signature required. It was so stressful. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they told me I had to reach out to the store location to file a dispute. I contacted the store, but they told me they couldn’t help me and sent me back to customer service. I was at least hoping to get half of the money refunded. I actually never caught their names but the one that prompted me to write this review worked on 11/14 at around 3:30pm. I had a package that I wanted to return and he seemed so displeased to have to help me. I hadn't used DHL before and so I had printed out everything that could be helpful (maybe 6-7 pages). He took one look and said none of them worked and so rudely (actually let out a condescending laugh) reminded me of the importance of the return label. After I wrote this review, I went to a different DHL provider, who immediately recognized that all the required labels were in those 6-7 pages that your employee refused to see! I’m heart broken as I paid almost half a thousand dollars to mail a package that got stopped by us customs (I had to call FedEx because first I called express shipping but they never called back after saying they’d call FedEx) so I did and my package is delayed because it had to go thru us customs secondary.
