We shop from this CVS quite often. We do get Online Orders pick up for different Pickup companies. My wife works late in the night and has had problems using the restroom With The Night Shift Associate. This guy held a door for my Wife to Go into the Women's toilet and use it. My wife told this employee that he should not hold the door for her as this is not an entrance door to The Store but the Restroom. She told this guy Emphraim that she needed her privacy she was a Customer wanting to use the Restroom and did not need him standing in the restroom holding the door. He left but came Back knocking on the Women's Restroom door. My wife Answered and Said I am using the Restroom. He Went back and came Back asking my Wife if she needed Help. My wife told this Associate that she did not appreciate the Harassment. He did this Three times asking my Wife if she Needed any Help. After using the restroom, My wife went and talked to the guy asking him why he was being so unethical and abusive of her presence. He Said he does that to every customer. My wife asked for the Manager, he said he was the Manager. She told Emphraim that she needed some paperwork to file a complaint. He said they do not have any and he kept addressing my Wife with a high pitched Voice. We are giving this feedback with intent of speaking to the District Manager as we many times get Online Orders to pickup from this CVS. This was a very embarrassing situation and my Wife felt profiled by these Two Associates a Man and a Woman doing 3 Rd Shift at this Store. The lady was smiling as my Wife entered the Store and asked to use the Restroom. Then the guy ran ahead of my wife to the Restroom and stood in the door way. Very embarrassing. Lack of respect for the Customers and especially those bringing business to CVS. This is a 24hrs Store a customers must be respected across the board Time was about 00:30 AM....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the employees at this store called me a thief and a liar because I refused to purchase the membership the employee was promoting. The employee appeared to be very unhappy with my rejection to her frenzied marketing approach. She started picking bones with me. For everything I picked up, she rushed over and told me I need to pay for that, sounding like she caught me red-handed stealing from the store. She also told me to put my bag at the front desk to prevent stealing. When I tried to feed my baby with our own snacks, she rushed over again and asked me if I have paid for the snack. While eating, my baby grabbed a pair of sunglasses on the shelf and unsurprisingly, the employee rushed over again and told me to put it back as I "have already stolen a pair last time". I finally had enough with her and fought back. She then called me a thief and a liar and asked me to leave the store. I asked to speak to the manager. The employee said she is the manager. I then asked for her name. She rapidly covered her name tag and wouldn't let me know her name. Other employees told me the employee is not the manager. I was completely shocked by this employee and her behavior. I've never seen anyone ruder than this employee. I will not let this insult pass by easily. Update: I talked to the real manager the next day. The manager said he will talk to the employee, whose name is Manush (I don't know the exact spelling) and will give me an explanation. After one week, I went to the store again. The manager said Manush denied everything I said. I required to watch the security camera footage. The manager said there's no camera in the area where we had the fight. He said Manush is a great employee and I'm the only one who complained about her. In the end, he said he cannot help me. Bravo! Nice teamwork! Claps for the manager and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been going to this CVS pharmacy for years! I go in, get my meds and leave as if I am ordering soup from the character on Seinfeld at the soup restaurant!! The feeling I get to the counter shifts to an "off putting" sense from the staff. I've been in customer service for over 35 years and I understand how a customer should feel and be treated. With a warm genuine "hello", kindness and understanding in a genuine way. I felt the need to take some time and actually write a review because it is just not the way it should be. Things need to change with the CVS customer service at the pharmacy. I am a very understanding, kind person and the staff here is just plain rude. They never smile, say thank you or even act human! I have seen new people working there, who also seem to act the same way as if they take classes on how to be a robot with no emotions prior to working there. I have given them every opportunity to act kind and respectful. I have gotten so used to the way they behave that I thought it was normal. Unacceptable is what it is. I realized on Christmas eve morning picking up my prescription that this rudeness needs to be addressed. I purposefully am patience and kind, say nice things JUST to see if I get any positive reactions. I receive cold, non emotions. I'm and tired of feeling this way when I go in there. It has to stop and a new training of kindness needs to be put in place. I can give so many examples of how they fail in their positions and how they make the customers feel. It is unacceptable. At this point, I would really appreciate a call from the actual person who would really listens and who WILL take notice and put in place some basic skills in real customer service and change the way they...
