Wulf Burger — Restaurant in Dallas

I was traveling thru Dallas and I seen that they had a Wulf burger here so I wanted to try it. Didn’t care too much about the price because if it’s a good burger it would be worth it. The location was nice when I entered the establishment you didn’t see employees you order from a kiosk which is not bad because I did it before. So I paid for my food needed to use the restaurant which the light in the woman’s bathroom was broke couldn’t see so had to use men’s bathroom no soap and tissue on sink luckily I carry it around with me for this reason (there was no tissue in the woman’s either). I had to use the bathroom it was dirty and while washing my hands I seen a couple of roaches. So I immediately didn’t want to eat there any more. I approached a window and asked for the manager it was only 2 guys there he said there wasn’t a manager there I asked can I get a refund he said why I told him he looked and he apologized and said give me a second he called someone on the phone and was speaking Spanish couldn’t understand but he took my email down and said they will be back at closing to refund me. I was confused I told him I don’t understand he gave me his number and name and said please text me so I can get you the refund. My assumption was he had no clue how to refund me and I didn’t feel as though it was a point to argue but i did text him sent him the receipt and it has not been resolved as of right now. I made attempts to call and no answer I spent $55 dollars there and didn’t eat nothing because the establishment was not clean so I would not recommend going to this place at all and now I got to handle this with my bank due to no manger or employee knowing how to refund money back to a customer . This establishment needs to be deep cleaned before serving...

I wouldn’t even give a 1. Picture this, you’re in a great mood for a great looking burger and fries. You travel in the cold/rain for 30+ minutes in traffic. Just for you to be overlooked, and really not cared about from the time you walk in. The service was terrible. I waited patiently (looking at menu options and taking pictures) to be seen (also while being stared and boggled at by other guests while hustling bring black and trying to get some food like a human being) and was sent to a kiosk, when I was trying to be seen by a person. then when they finally get through w the nosey guests who acted as if I was not supposed to be there , someone comes up to me and when I start to order, he stops me, sends someone else and then points to the kiosk. I’m still positive, no attitude or anything. I happily pick my food and am ready to pay. I go to pay on the kiosk the only option is card (which is why I was trying to speak to someone OR they could’ve asked if it was cash or card) and when we go to try to pay with cash, it’s card only. No signs or posting. The excuse was “our registers are broke” and an “oh well” shrug.. Definitely feel like the only reason why I did not get served was bc they didn’t want to and they didn’t like the way I look. Little did they know I was about to spend around $40 here on two meals and I was going to give them a great review and do some free advertising for them but now I would suggest that nobody ever come here if you if you don’t want to be in an environment that discriminates...

So if you envision a future of human-less fast food, this is the first interpretation I get when I come here. The two times I arrive there was zero staff in the main area (could definitely hear people talking in kitchen). You place your order on a screen (that everyone else touches) And you wait for the food. . Food comes out reasonably fast. . But if you need ANYTHING - that's where the problems start. Napkins - you get 2 small ones. Nothing on the tables. Want ketchup or water cups. NADA . They messed up an order on my kids burger which was remade and still not correct. FYI - it wasn't a complicated order - just meat and cheese........ . Anyhow for the food - this is the GREASIEST burger you will find in Dallas. Reminds me of WINGFIELDS (if it's still open) I'm talking super greasy. And that greasiness just blends in with everything else. The tables. The bathrooms. The TOUCHSCREEN you place your order on (I'm not a germaphobe...) . The burger was ok except for the the greasiness. It's just uncalled for. . Chicken pretty good. Not as nearly greasy. . It's thoughtfully designed but the humanless interaction makes you feel sad for yourself eating such high calorie food in a sterile yet greasy atmosphere. . I sincerely hope that a few changes can come to provide a better atmosphere because I sincerely do want places to be successful. Until then...
