I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with Best Buy. This was the last straw. Went to the geek squad, quoted one price over the phone when I arrived they spent 10 minutes trying to up charge me for every dang thing all I wanted to do was replace a hard drive with an SSD drive on a working laptop. Tried Selling me an OS told them the OS is good and will transfer. The computer is only a couple months old. The place is seriously understaffed and they don't tell you that certain stores may not be able to perform the repairs that they offer on their website.
