My Computer Store — Local services in Vandalia

My Mom lives in Dayton and required some major assistance with her hard drive (which had been hacked). Since I'm out of town and quarantined from the Covid-19 pandemic (which made it difficult to get to Dayton to help my Mom), I phoned Phoenix at My Computer Store. He immediately convinced me that they could help my Mom so I asked her to take her desktop into the store. They had it fixed in a day and then completed some additional malware cleaning after discussing first for permission. So in two days my Mom had her computer back and she was just thrilled and thankful (as was I). Thanks so much guys for handling this for my Mom when I couldn't get to her! I REALLY appreciate it!!! I'll be posting a recommendation on social network! ...

So, I had my case intake fan on my beaterbox frankenrig go out. The cord wouldn't reach so I showed up to see if they had any 4 pin connector extensions I could buy. The guy showed me the cord was longer than I expected cause some was inside of the fan case itself. I was a mess too, and he was sure to inform me my shirt was inside out in a friendly and courteous manner. These guys go ABOVE and BEYOND. 10/10 stars, even though Google only allows 5. Google needs to get with the program and start a new rating service with more stars cause of these guys. I appreciate MY COMPUTER STORE and their STAFF!!! Thanks...

Phoenix was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and he spent at least 2 hrs updating my blue screen of death and let me into his laboratory and chatted while he blasted through his keys to find my hidden files...and wouldn't accept any fee's...I will get him a xmas gift anyway...USE...
