Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Vandalia

Your location has been some of my worst experiences with Chick-fil-A. This most recent time, I wasn't even notified that you didn't have under age 3 toys at the drive-thru speaker. When I went inside it was empty, you had a ton of cars in the drive thru oh, and people were sitting around talking on the front line. My fries were lukewarm. And when I went inside to get the toy, I was just told that you don't have any. When I call to speak to a manager, the manager was actually kind of rude. And told me that the toys are on backorder with corporate and that corporate is out of them. Which is odd because I've had no issue with any other Chick-fil-A in the area. It seriously makes me question your location quite a bit, and I'm thinking of following up higher than your location for this issue.

I messaged the location on Thursday at 5:30. It was seen Thursday at 8, with no response.

Poor customer service. I also called and left a message with no response.

UPDATE: The corporate office is all but useless. Don't expect them to actually do anything but look pretty? Not sure what their job is... I had explained the lack of response from their benchwood location, and this was their response:

What can I say when it comes to Chick-fil-A restaurant is at the top of its game one thing is for certain they have not changed they haven't changed their quality they haven't changed their product they've been consistent from the 1970s to now this is what stands them apart from all the other fast food restaurants they used to bees the ones that used to taste good but now when you eat you feel darn you're sick after you eat them so ask Chick-fil-A's model used to be you serve them good food they will come and they will eat it that's not their motto but they had something similar to that but the point is good food is noticed by people so is bad food but Chick-fil-A is the best either you love them or you hate them there is no middle ground this is a restaurant and I will eat at every chance I get which is pretty often several times a week both breakfast and lunch are always the greatest so I swear to you if Chick-fil-A were ever in my area I'd own the restaurant almost don't have that kind of money but I definitely would definitely definitely definitely eat that restaurant everyday for breakfast and maybe everyday for lunch Chick-fil-A is the best I love them now if I can only get one of those big fat stuffed cows that they used to have anyway enjoy your breakfast enjoy your lunch but...

I have only had Chick-fil-A two times in my life, and the first time was so long ago that I could not remember. My son asked to go to Chick-fil-A after his wrestling meet so I decided to treat him. The line extended onto the main street, so I thought that this was going to be so good since people were willing to wait so long for it. The employees were very friendly which was probably the best part of my experience. Once we got home I was seriously disappointed by the lack of amount of waffle fries in the container after ordering a large size. All three of my large fries were filled only halfway. I feel like I was ripped off. My spicy chicken sandwich was a bit disappointing as well. I think I'll stick to the Wendy's spicy chicken. My fiance was not happy at all when the spicy chicken that I ordered for him had pickles on it when I had requested no pickles. The thing that I was looking forward to most was a shake, and of course the shake machine was out of service. With high prices like this, and my dissatisfaction with the food, I highly doubt that I will be back or recommend it to anyone. I honestly do not know why people are so crazy about Chick-fil-A!
