Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Vandalia

Ive been waiting for a dutch bros to come closer to me since 2021 when i tried it on vacation!!! I actually jumped out of my seat when i heard dayton was getting one!! They are still new and getting used to things, so be patient with them! But the coffee was everything ive been waiting for!!! My ONLY inconvenience was that it didnt seem like some of the order takers were walking cars up as the line moved, so i wasnt able to see the menu and decide what i want until they were coming up to my window, but thats literally such a small thing, and i might also say it would be a little easier to see the menu if it was tilted slightly to the left... and the seasonal drinks were posted AFTER the order spot, so i didnt know they existed :( but none of these things will affect me coming back in any way, just wanted to throw it out there!!!! Keep up the great work guys... and maybe bring one to piqua or...

I’ll go ahead and take this with a grain of salt since it’s opening week or the previous week was opening week- whatever. That’s cool and I understand that completely working in fast food myself. However, I had my order taken nearly 30 minutes ago and currently still waiting on my 2 drinks. Again, they are busy, but the outside has continued and continued, I’m outside at the window waiting on my order still because I don’t have a car so of course if I want a coffee then I have to go to the window, no biggie. But not once has anyone came to check on us or assured that our order is on our way or anything. By the time we got our order, (just now) there wasn’t a single ‘sorry for your wait’ or anything. I would absolutely give more than five stars if I was able to. I have been here MULTIPLE times since they have opened and I highly recommend. The vibes alone keep you coming back they absolutely individualize every guest they have. I use to spend 80 a week easy at Starbucks, I haven’t spent a dime at Starbucks since Dutch bros opened. This is exactly what we needed here in Dayton. I can’t say enough good things even the drink quality is out of this world. Not to mention their menu is HUGE.
