Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

Had to go back twice! First time I went back was because my bowl wasn't supposed to have chicken on it. Came back a second time cause the same bowl had very little rice or black beans. I felt for the inconveniance of having to come back a second time that the bean burritos we ate during these trips should have been free and that the manager should have given me a full refund. Instead she charged us for them and only gave me a refund for cheesy bites and said that cause we took one bite out of the bowl that wasn't properly prepared that she wasn't gonna refund my money for that. On top of all of that she kept the food she didn't give a refund for and was very rude. In the past I've taken food back and I got the option of getting a refund or have the food made properly. Since this was the second time coming back for the very same item I wanted my money $15.44 cents. But the smart mouth manager gave five bucks n ripped me off. I used to absolutely love taco bell growing up. This is back when supreme tacos were only .79c! Over the years I would always buy the 3 taco supreme combo, my favorite. I loved Taco Bell up until earlier this year. When the Doritos locos came out my new favorite became the Doritos fiery supreme combo. Shortly after that the food went downhill. The shells always taste and feel stale. The meat truly gives the impression of canned Alpo 😣 it's disgusting. Not to mention every time I eat there now I have terrible stomach aches. Now, I have experimented to see if it's just my local taco bell or if it's all of them. The honest truth is it's hit or miss. Most often ending with the Alpo experience and sickness; my whole family felt that way unfortunately. Will I still eat there?? Not likely. I won't feed it to my kids or husband anymore either. I went to this Taco Bell 1st and waited 27 minutes in the drive thru spent $45 and they messed up our order so when we go in to get it fixed the manager came out and was less than friendly claimed she had got our order right and put everything in the bag so I bring our 4 bags of food back in to show her, she and the other employee at the counter rummage through our bags " without gloves on" opening all our items to check them!!! Claims there had been more food in the bag so basically called us thieves and liars!!! So I asked for my money back and of course that was a problem!!! Now after spending 45 minutes at Taco Bell on York commons, we now have our money back and go to the Taco Bell in vandalia on rt 40 order the exact same thing which was a few cents cheaper for some reason and the staff was super friendly, and had our whole order correct!!! I will definitely drive that extra mile up the road for good food and good...
