EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed on how they do business! This guy “Emil Mammadov” messages me about 2 iPhones that I posted on facebook marketplace. He asked if I could remove the passcodes and iCloud and I said yes I could and I did. These iPhones were my wife’s and mine iPhone 6s and our daughters threw them in the sink. They were on but the screens were glitching so I posted them both for $60 (for both). He asked me to bring them to this store and as soon as I got there he immediately started taking the one apart, he started trying a new screen and new batteries on it and it kept turning off. Mind you, he never asked me if he could do that. He Never asked and I never signed anything giving him consent to do that. Well he decided after all this that he was no longer interested in the iPhones because he couldn’t verify if I removed the iCloud. I removed the iCloud from both of them using apples site as they were both legit non stolen iPhones. Now I get the ICloud thing, but it was clear that the reason that he didn’t want them anymore was because he realized that there must have been something that he couldn’t fix. If I had reached out to him first, I would understand and walk away, but he messaged me as an individual on Facebook marketplace. I drove all the way to his shop just so that he could “inspect” my iPhones. Didn’t even apologize. The ad clearly stated water damage. He never said that he would inspect them then get back to me, he said bring them to my store and I’ll buy them. A complete waste of time. And I don’t even know now if he took parts from my iPhone that I didn’t give him permission to do! When you buy a car, you don’t just start tearing apart the engine to see if the valves or cylinders are damaged! And especially not without asking first! DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICE HERE. This guy was out to make a quick buck and couldn’t even apologize for wasting my time.

Read moreAVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! OK I don't even know where to begin. My entire experience with this company has been nothing short of a total nightmare. It all started when I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and cracked the screen. After a quick Google search for repair shops I found ifixandrepair. So I called the shop to make sure they are able repair my device, and so after the guy told me it wouldn't be a problem I went ahead and drove to the store and paid for them to order the screen ($350) at which point the employee tells me he would place the order immediately and call me within a week once they receive it. So TWO weeks go by without so much as a phone call from them, at which point I call to inquire about my order. Much to my surprise I'm told that my NAME and order cannot be found in the system and it's most likely due to the fact that the company had just changed ownership!!! So they tell me they'll just submit another order and call me in a few days once it comes in. Guess what, another week goes by and still haven't heard from them. So after more than 3 weeks I decided to physically visit the store and when I do I'm once again told they cannot find my name or order info. Obviously at this point I'm completely over the whole situation and ask for a refund. And here's where it gets real good.....I'm basically told, "We changed ownership a few weeks ago and are unable to issue you a refund since the company was owned by a different organization at the time of your purchase" which like I said was a whopping $350!!!! Luckily I paid using a credit card so I immediately left the store and called my credit card company to file a dispute claim and they're taking care of it for me. So the moral of this story is......Stay AWAY from this place, unless of course you don't mind paying for something you might...
Read moreFirst time customer. I walk in and one customer is being helped. I wait to be helped. No biggie... The man at the counter asks what I need done. I tell him I am looking to have my Iphone 6s screen replaced. He holds his hand out and I hand him the phone. Right after he says. "come back in 15-20 minutes" and places my phone under the counter. Now idk how everyone handles business but that is totally inappropriate. So I ask him since HE DID NOT TELL ME, "What is the price?". He says, "Come back in 15-20 minutes" I ask him again and he says the same thing...."Come back in 15-20 minutes and your phone will be ready.'. At this point I say, " Well sir you have yet to tell me what it will cost me". EXTREMELY shady and unsettling. He tells me the price and at this point he is looking at me as if I am bothering him. NOT TO MENTION he wanted to charge me a price that seems to be inconsistent after asking a few others that have had phones and tablets replaced. My biggest issue is having my phone taken and being told to come back as if I've been to this place before and not being made aware of price. Simple
IN ALL: Stay away from this place if you care about how people in the community are treated. No place for a business like this in such a great community. Maybe some business etiquette classes will help. This guy gives the same energy as those in inner city Dayton that don't care about customer support and all about the money and shady business.
No good in my book. Highly disappointed. They will get over on you...
