Wow this place is amazing! Only this jack in the box can take an order in the drive threw show my whole order on the screen after 5 mins of customization of my meal. Then wait 10 mins get to the window pay for it only to be asked what did you order? So i responded im only person in line and i just customized my order. The guy looked confused entered something in system charged me i paid. Then food came was all wrong i started to argue that food was wrong and not how i ordered it he then started telling his manager that i was not happy. I didn't want food now so i just asked for refund thats when manager lady had attitude told me that she was going to call cops on me! So i told her call i can complain if i so choose she refunded my money but shorted me i complained again she said thats what it cost. I said that may be true but i gave 10 bill got 1.47 change on a 5.27 meal if you do not believe me look at camera's.so the guy was trying to steal from me & i would never have caught it if they made my food right. I told manager if she did not give full refund i would call number for customer service on the window and complain! She said go ahead i don't care! Then i said now im calling cop cause your stealing from me & its not my fault you took my order & made it wrong now you dont want to pay my money back! She got attitude took 1 dollar back & gave me my 10 bucks back. Only reason im even leaving review is because this is the single worst experience at a fast food restaurant & was threatened to have cops called on me cause they messed up my order not me! Read moreI was pretty excited about my overall experience. As this day the promotion just began. And I really wanted the Deadpool Jack In the Box antenna ball. I went to a location closer to my house, and they were all out. I called this location ahead of time, sure enough they held onto one for me as I was there in under 15 minutes. I was so appreciative and thankful. The manager was a hero that day. It's little gestures like this that go a long way. I purchased the promo to receive the antenna ball. Along with another burger and drink. Food was great. I just would've liked the restaurant to of felt cleaner on the inside. There was two other people. Besides my wife and I inside. Not much traffic in the drive thru. I believe this is when a walk through needs to be performed to ensure cleanliness of tables. No trash on floors, and everything is stocked. I get it that sometimes other customers come in and act careless of the environment. Especially here. This is next to a local mall/ strip mall, and fields. Which is a breeding ground for the local homeless population. But you can still find a way to maintain cleanliness. As well all syrups are stocked for the soda machine. So the paying patrons can enjoy. That is my only suggestion. I think it's great to allow the homeless to come in for water. Read moreHad an incident with one of the shift leads where she gave me attitude, rolled her eyes, and shouted at my for simply purchasing additional ranch dressings. Even tho I asked her to charge me, and didn’t have an issue with paying because I knew I was asking for quite a few.
Anywho, I did the survey and was reached by the general manager, who apologized about the incident & said the shift lead should know better. I just wanted to bring the behavior to her attention. GM offered me a free combo of my choice for the inconvenience. Please note- The GM Brittanie (sorry about the spelling) was kind and understanding over the phone, I just wanted her to know the poor service her emps provide.
However, When I went to redeem my free combo, the employees said they didn’t find my Info, they refused to let me speak to the GM. They said she was “in a meeting.” The employees were very rude once again. I was trying to explain what happened but they didn’t understand. The GM told me over the phone if there was an issue to ask the employees to call her, they didn’t want to call her. I left with no meal… I will not be coming here anymore.
