So I’d like to start this off by saying I really liked David and really loved the ring that he created for my husband and I. We had only 3 issues with him.

David was really bad with communication. Initially, he’d told us that the ring would take an estimated 10 days to create. He received the ring on February 19th and on March 2nd I reached out to him to ask for an update. He said that he was still placing stones and he hoped to be done before tomorrow. No word from him the next day. On March 5th I reached out for him for an update and he said he was still setting stones and that he’d be done in the next couple of days. He never reached out to communicate any delays at all and that was frustrating.

We asked for a gold band to be made. Due to the height of the ring, we knew it’d be hard to find a band to compliment it so we wanted a simple gold band customized. David said that he’d be able to through it in complimentary, and when we received the ring there was no band. Now, there was no issue that he decided not to do it complimentary, but but if he’d have told us that we could have given him whatever extra it’d cost to make it upfront. I emailed David to bring it to his attention and he never responded. So I texted him, he said we could meet at a Panera but he didn’t specify what time so I told him to keep me updated and I never heard from him. My husband had a death in his family so I couldn’t follow up as I wanted to.

We asked for an appraisal so that we could insure the ring. We asked for this at the initial meeting and the follow up meeting. I also asked for it over text and email and I still to this day have not received it. I understand being busy but this level of disregard for the customer is ridiculous. I had to have the ring appraised elsewhere just to be able to insure it when it’s what I paid to have done.

I’d read so many good reviews about David, but I really wasn’t impressed about the quality of service that I received.

Update: After I posted this, David reached out to me and is doing an amazing job trying address and fix any concerns that I had. He explained what was going on and it was very reasonable and understandable. He is working to provide the appraisal and to get started working on our bands. We appreciate his efforts to address our concerns. And we will update you guys when the bands...

Truly a genuine and passionate family... My engagement ring/wedding band is by far my husbands proudest purchase. It's also by far the most expensive thing he has purchased and personally the most sentimental possession I will ever own. I have had my ring nearly two years now- Thank GOODNESS for David and his team of compassionate ladies, because they have gone way above and beyond what you would expect in not only customer service, but their true understanding for your particular situation and willingness to work with you- something so rare. Any issues I have had, they have exceeded my expectations to make me happy and work with me. My husband had no idea how to go about buying my a ring and they walked him through every step. When you choose them, you will quickly find you are a customer for LIFE. So glad he didnt 'go to Jared' or anywhere else that is a chain. No way would I have had an experience worthy of wanting to take time to spead the word. Men, I speak for that special someone in your life and when I say, you will not be dissapointed and neither will she if you choose...

I selected this jeweler based solely on google reviews. I know that sounds crazy, but I was not disappointed. David and I worked together to create a custom engagement ring in less that 2 weeks. My timeline was strict and so was my budget. He easily met both, going as far as coming in after hours and on Sunday’s to meet with me. Using a combination of computer drawings and 3D printing, we had come up with what my fiancé later called “absolutely perfect”. I trusted him to guide me through the diamond selection process. To do this he used a very scientific and methodical process. Long story short, I picked the perfect stone with his help. He was also able to include diamonds from my grandmother’s ring into the setting. After the process was done, he sized the ring for her for free. When I tell you this is a bar setting experience, that is an understatement. I have no need to ever search for another jeweler. Trustworthy, honest, friendly and dependable. What more...
