Well we just had our single worst experience at Lululemon and we have been shopping here for years. This is a thirty-five minute drive for us one way and we have happily driven this. This is due tothe customer service is top notch with generally great products.
I understand there is a pandemic as we are a first responder and an emergency room health care worker. This location use to have a wait at the door which was efficient but they did away with it. Now itās a virtual line for an outdoor shopping mall. The system they are implementing will require at minimum of a five to ten minute walk when your name is called through an automated text message request for everyone who left the immediate area (outdoor mall equals great walking distances to do anything).
It was miserably hot outside, and they advertised a twenty minute wait time which felt a little lengthy for how low the foot traffic was at the mall.
No problem anyways. We left our name and number then shopped around even though they were the sole reason we are there.
Thirty minutes go by and we get a text message that it would Be approximately ten to fifteen more minutes and they would call our name. At this point we have visited a few other stores and spent money I did not really want to spend. But whatever, she is happy, hurry up Lulu!
Did I mention I am hand carrying a one year old with my bare hands? Yeah should have brought a stroller but this was supposed to be quick right? I mean we are a customer at a place that provides the best customer service right?
Twenty more minutes go by totaling fifty-five minutes... fifty-fives minutes guys and itās ninety degrees out here while humid as a swamp. We give up and start walking to our car, then it suddenly downpours on us. Ah yes, can we get a close lightning strike for $500, Alex? No lightning today, just an untrustworthy, āvirtual lineā, and an excuse, āIām sorry this is just the way nowā. Then do appointments if itās going to start...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter has a pair of pants made by Lululemon that she really loves. They are pretty pricey. But, she likes them so much that it seemed worth it. It's NOT. The pants are literally 6 months old and the fabric in one spot is developing small holes. She never fell in them, or had any incidents to cause this to happen. I filled out a claim, since the brand has a 'quality guarantee'. Pants that cost $115 should NOT be falling apart within 6 months of purchasing. I sent the requested pictures, proof of purchase and information. They denied replacement because it's not a manufacturer issue. Clearly, it's a LOW QUALITY issue. You would think a luxury brand would want to guarantee a quality product. That's not the case. I had told my daughter we would go back and get her more pants from Lulumon, since she lived them. But, that is absolutely not happening. I WILL NOT SPEND $115 FOR PANTS THAT, LITERALLY, FALL APART WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASING. Unfortunately, my daughter will have to live without anything Lululemon. I can go buy less expensive brands that hold up MUCH...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is very rare these days that I have an experience worth sharing, let alone writing a review about. Having worked in the service industry since I was 18, Iāve seen many sides of customer service, and honestly, itās not what it once was. But today, the staff at the Lululemon in Virginia Beach Town Center completely changed my mind.
They were so attentive in helping me find the right size and fit, and even went the extra mile to help me complete my look. I am about to begin the hardest journey of my lifeābeating cancerāand after a recent surgery and port placement, Iāve been feeling self-conscious. Yet, the team made me feel completely comfortable and cared for.
When I got to the register, I was blown away by the kindness and compassion I received. It left me speechless. I was already a fan of the brand, but this experience has made me a loyal client to this location and this incredible team. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me feel confident and comfortable on some of the most...
