Very rude service. I came in to purchase some items yesterday (May 10, 2025) for Mother's Day. The car seat cover did not fit my mother's car so I brought it back to return it. I paid with my debit card, put the pin in and everything. The lady said she could not proceed with my return to my debit card but I could get a gift card. I asked for cash, she said she already started processing the refund to a gift card and she cannot change it. I asked for manager, a lady with short colored hair named Marie came out. Marie was very rude! She shoved the gift card at me so I asked for her general mangers information, she said "I won't give that to you." I asked for a corporate number and she gave me a phony pet store number! I finally called the 28 street location and spoke to this nice man named Rob, he was very helpful on getting me a phone number for a corporate office. Went in for the first time yesterday(June 29th) to see what the store was all about went down the beauty section saw a spill (that looked intentional) told my kids to not step in it and this older man who worked there said DONT STEP IN THAT CANT YOU SEE I SPILLED SOMETHING I said yes I can see that that's why I didn't step in it he very rudely said we'll watch out so I can clean it up I said gladly were going to shop somewhere else! The place always looks a mess but I love the bargain's. I recently had surgery on my shoulder (2 days before my visit) and the young man (Aaron) working the counter came to my side of the counter to mice the box I had in my cart to the counter then after he rang it up he put it back on top of the cart and offered to carry it out to my car for me.
