My family and I have had slice house in the past, we decided to pick it up tonight and after tonight never again.
The place was packed, understandable it’s a Friday night. I got in line and tried to tell them that I had an order. The lady that “helped” put a hand up and with a heavy attitude looked at me like I was stupid and pointed to the other side and said pickup is over there. Then immediately moved on not even giving a chance to speak. There was no sign showing where the online pickups were. I went to where a small crowd was and hoped it was the right spot, because it’s not like I could actually ask if I was in the right place.
The order was already paid for so it was just an easy pass off and go. So we had to wait in an additional line. When we finally got up to the front, the guy just handed it to us. No verification or anything. So she literally could’ve just passed us the pizza.
I asked for some ranch and he said he would have to charge me. I figured ok normally side of ranch is like $0.50 but nope, $2.50 for 3 tiny sides that aren’t even filled up all the way. He threw them on top of the pizza not even giving a moment to grab the pizza instead already beckoning the next person.
This place has gone downhill so bad. It’s way more expensive for mediocre pizza that used to be phenomenal. If I really wanted a greasy pizza I could’ve just gone to Costco and at least be treated like a human.
Overall a terrible experience with pizza...

Read moreSadly, I can't say anything about the food, because ordering 1 slice of tomato pie was such an ordeal we had to cancel and get a refund. My mother was hungry while walking around in the late afternoon, so we decided to order a slice of tomato pie. We waited for a good 10 minutes, then asked the woman at the cash register to check on our order. Then people who had ordered and paid AFTER us started getting their slices, so we asked again. I'm not sure what was happening in the 20 minutes that we waited, but after checking in again, the woman gave us an exasperated look and then put a slice into the oven. We told her not to bother and got a refund. It was pretty quiet when we paid, so I'm not sure why they couldn't have just put the slice in the oven soon after we ordered. Also, while we were ordering, the woman at the cash register called over another customer and told him that the slice he ordered, the grandma, was out, and asked if he wanted something else. The customer asked for tomato pie, then asked if it was the same price. "Yeah yeah," replied the woman, who apparently couldn't be bothered to check the menu or didn't want to deal with the "hassle" of refunding the customer, as the tomato pie slice costs less than the grandma. In short, the service is atrocious, so I won't be returning to find out if the pizza tastes as good...
