LOFT — Local services in Walnut Creek

I had some items to return. The lady forgot to scan one of the items and my refund was less than expected. I have to drive 20 miles again to the store in Walnut Creek and explain the problem. I am not sure they accept that. I have no way to prove that I do not have that item now! They are so careless. This is the second time I am having issues in returning items. The previous time in the Stoneridge Mall store they scanned the wrong barcode and my refund was much less than what I paid. Terrible.... I will never shop...

My favorite Loft location! The whole store is accessible - with a stroller/ada/wheelchair friendly ramp at their entrance, and has bench seating by the front windows. The staff is almost always friendly and usually makes it a point to say Hello to any stroller babies. I've frequented this location for over 4 years and have never had a negative experience with purchases, returns or casual browsing. I love Loft and I love their Walnut...

A recent visit to Loft wasn't a great experience. While they have a good selection of clothing, the shopping experience was ruined by overly aggressive staff, who was very persistent on opening an account and was upset about taking a return.
