I had some items to return. The lady forgot to scan one of the items and my refund was less than expected. I have to drive 20 miles again to the store in Walnut Creek and explain the problem. I am not sure they accept that. I have no way to prove that I do not have that item now! They are so careless. This is the second time I am having issues in returning items. The previous time in the Stoneridge Mall store they scanned the wrong barcode and my refund was much less than what I paid. Terrible.... I will never shop...

The staff is almost always friendly and usually makes it a point to say Hello to any stroller babies.
