Urban Outfitters — Local services in Walnut Creek

Urban Outfitters is a great store and this one is in a perfect location. The storefront is kind of hard to see from the street since the sign is small so be aware of that. The prices are extremely fair considering the quality of the clothing and there's a large variety of tops, dresses, sweaters, etc. for every occasion. There's an entire section for jeans with super high quality denim. They also have a great selection of accessories (bags, hats, glasses) and small novelty items. This 2 story UO has nice selection of their signature garb. As with all Urban Outfitters, can be pricey, but you know that. Plenty in Stock, all sizes. Cashiers were challenged to answer a couple simple questions, though - they need more training & familiarity with their merchandise. Store is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. Dressing room attendant wouldn't allow my daughter's grandma to go in with her - odd given that they knew how many items she took in to try on. We dig the gender neutral policy, though....

I am a huge fan of Urban Outfitters but today I’m disappointed! The customer service was lovely, don’t get me wrong, but sadly their size range at this particular location was awful. No XL or XXL anywhere, barely any L, a few M, but plenty of XS or S. The management needs to rethink their stock because I was interested in so much more but couldn’t find it in my size. The way they have their size range right now really makes you feel like if you aren’t a small size, you don’t deserve...
