I had made an appointment for a wedding dress and arrived a little early. Walking in the door, there were 3 workers sitting at a table and none of them really acknowledged me or my guests. When I expressed my budget was to be under $1000, this was basically ignored. The selection of dresses I chose, I was not even sure what the prices were. They were not able to tell me about the prices for any of the dresses until they looked it up, and wouldn't look up the prices until after I tried on the dress. The one dress I did like was over my budget and still needed alterations, making the price even more over budget. When I expressed my concern for this, I was told "well its only a little over and you get to take it home today so its fine". From the small section of dresses they thought might be in my budget, the workers just let me and my family pick dresses we thought might be ok, even though this was my first time trying on dresses and I really had no idea what I wanted. No dresses were actually pulled for me by the workers other than a bridesmaid dress! There was also one worker sitting at a table right behind my family/friends that it seemed like was just there to eaves drop on their conversations. Overall, I felt pretty uncomfortable the whole time and and my budget was completely ignored. It almost seemed like since I had a smaller budget, they weren't worried or cared if I really found...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMustāve been an off day in the sales department. While I realize I had no appointment, because I was interested only in a flower girl dress inquiry, the lack a simple friendly āhello, Iāll be with you in a moment,ā has cost this store any chance of ever securing business from me. I stopped in today just before 130pm, hoping to get some professional advice and guidance to set up a sale and instead received cold silence from the blonde sales consultant who was clearly bothered by not only myself but the other group of women who came in after me, which I might add was EXTRA rude because she actually acknowledged their presence and then rudely told them they were at the wrong location. Once she decided to give me the time of day, her tone was still unpleasant and abrupt. Thankfully Kelli came in to help with some professionalism, answered my questions and gave me her card. Kelli would be my only reason to patronize this store but it wonāt happen. I will not give my hard earned money to a place that treats potential customers poorly and it is a shame too. While I found my dream dress at another store, my mother, future mother in law and aunts are also still in need of dressesā¦a āfreeā greeting has cost several sales. Customer service 101, closing the sale starts with making your customers feel welcome or they WILL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall I was disappointed in this store. The store was beautiful inside, but their selection was very small (I'd estimate around 30-40 gowns) and their sizes were all pretty much a bridal size 8 or 10. I found exactly one dress in a bridal size 14 and one in an 18. The rest were predominantly 8 and 10 with a handful of 12's. I think this could be a good option for a bride who is normally a size 4-6 and on a budget, as she'd probably have a decent number of dresses to try. They should probably advertise on their website how small their selection is, especially in sizes larger than a 12. This is especially important since they only sell the sample gowns off the rack. The girl working was nice enough, but really didn't seem interested in helping me. Many of the other consultants I worked with talked to me about my vision for my dress and helped me find things that were close, but I was pretty much on my own looking through the racks here. My advise before making an appointment is to ask what sizes they have in stock and how many dresses in each size. I love the idea of a sample store, but this store really missed the mark and was...
