Their COVID controls are acceptable, their beer is great, and their Blistered Brussels are fantastic! However, the Tuna was meh and totally misrepresented on the menu. The brown rice wasn't sticky rice as advertised, and reminded me of a military chow hall. There was no hot kale crunch served with my meal as advertised. There were no blistered tomatoes as advertised, There was no wasabi beer reduction as advertised. The grilled veggies, while they seemed fresh, were not grilled but rather microwaved with no semblance of any seasoning. My mid-rare tuna was overcooked (I usually do rare, but their suggestion of medium scared me), and it had some citrus salsa on it that wasn't advertised. I kindly let my bartender know about the mistake and a manager-type overhead me. She interjected to explain that the tuna has never been served with tomatoes, unapologetically stated they're out of hot kale crunch, mumbled something about the salsa, and diverted the grilled veggies outage by talking about cooking whatever is in-season, which wasn't the issue. Finally, she excused everything by explaining that the menu, which was available via QR code (which I love in COVID times) must be wrong, which is highly inexcusable given the flexibility of updating an electronic menu. Note that I've worked for over a decade in every restaurant position imaginable, and I've been traveling extensively for work for over a decade with rarely an issue because I know how to be a good customer. The bartender, who was young and new, was super apologetic, and it wasn't on him. Unapologetically serving misrepresented garbage is unacceptable. Edit - Management reached out to me following my review and offer a gift card to try them again. I never received the gift card, so I reached out after several weeks. They claim it must have been lost in the mail and would send me another gift card. Again I never received the gift card after several weeks so I reached out to management. I was finally provided an electronic gift card many weeks after the initial review. When I ate here again using the gift card it was decent but nothing to write home about. At least I got what I ordered this time, and the service was fine. I'm keeping this review at 3-stars.

Stopped by for a quick meal while visiting Dublin for a few days. There were a lot of options on North High Street, but wanted something casual while watching some of the World Series. Although I came without any reservations and it was pretty crowded, they were very accommodating and pulled an extra chair up to the bar for me. Bartender (think Jesse) immediately came over with a menu and take my drink order. I tried their Seasonal Seltzer. It was very light, crisp, refreshing, and crystal clear as water. Ordered the North High Chicken (grilled) with the North High Fries. A regular (Ryan) was sitting next to me and insisted on ordering some of the Fried Pickle Chips. I'm not a big fan of fried pickles, but I see why he recommended them. They were completely different than most fried pickles as had a nice crisp without being soggy or just tasting like batter. I would recommend them as well. The Chicken Sandwich was good as well. It had a nice charred crisp with the usual toppings, but had candied bacon and served on a potato bun. The fries were good and generously topped with cheese, bacon, salsa, etc... This was a nice place to have a casual, yet good, meal over a drink. Service was great from the hostess to the bartender. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Dublin.

Okay, this place on the day we came had no staff to serve us so we sat in their beer garden and served ourselves. For us, it actually worked better, we were not disturbed, we enjoyed our food and family time in peace. However, if you want inside seating call and make reservations ahead of time. Food was delicious, super clean eating options, great food quality, lots of vegetables and clean protein. We ordered hummus from the appetizer menu, and it delivered for sure. It was very flavorful, fresh in my opinion served with chips and cucumber. Ambiance and/or atmosphere was great for us since we were sitting ousted and enjoyed our peace and quiet. I would definitely come back and probably requested to serve myself and enjoy my meal outside in the sun. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I’ll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

We made a reservation for the outdoor patio at 5:15 on Sunday. On purpose early enough to avoid the Memorial crowd. The inside of the restaurant was empty except one table and the patio was half full so not busy when we arrived. We had to wait 5 minutes at the hostess stand to be seated. We waited 15 minutes to get a drink order taken. Another 15 to get the drinks and advised our waitress we were ready to order food because she was ready to walk away from the table. She said oh you want to put in an appetizer order? We said we're ready for our entire order. We ordered pierogies for an app and they came out in a fairly normal time, but were overcooked and very dark brown close to burnt. Then it took a very long time for our food to come. The person who delivered our food (not our waitress) brought just my burger and said the brussel sprouts side would be coming soon. My North high burger had pickled onion on it not caramelized onion and the caramelized is one of the main reasons I ordered it. I sat waiting for a couple of minutes but since nobody was coming around and it was already becoming a timely meal I ate it anyway. My husband had ordered tenders as his meal and he called it his "kids meal". The tenders were tiny pieces and not the normal length tenders usually served. After we had both had finished our food the waitress finally came by to ask how things were. She seemed nonplussed I hadn't received my side and I had to ask her for a refill of my iced tea that had been sitting empty for quite awhile. When someone, again not the waitress, did deliver the brussel sprouts they came soggy on the outside and some of the bigger pieces not cooked through and hard. Not crispy at all. We sat for awhile waiting on our bill. We put our empty plates on the very edge of the table hoping our waitress at the table behind us would see them and come over. She looked at the plates and walked the other direction. After sitting another 10 minutes my husband got up and went to ask her for the bill. The gentlemen at the table beside us noticed and commented "I guess we need to flag her down too if we want another round of drinks". She was thier server too. We weren't too pleased with the new menu, it seems like a downgrade from the past and after this experience we aren't sure when or if we will ever be...

I went to North High Brewing in Dublin yesterday for brunch with 2 friends. It wasn't busy and we sat in the bar area. As soon as we sat down we ordered drinks. About 10 minutes later we all ordered our food and still didn't have our drinks. There was about 3 other tables in total there so we knew it wasn't because they were busy. Another 5 minutes goes by and we see our server talking to the bartender and it looked like the bartender made one of the drinks wrong because we saw him pour it out. Our server brought the 2 correct drinks to our table and told me that the bartender was looking for one of the ingredients for my drink so mine would be out shortly (when we saw him make the incorrect drink and dump it out). A few minutes later he tells me they are out of that ingredient so he can't make my drink, it's now been 20 minutes since we ordered our drinks. So I order a different drink, our food comes out shortly after and the waiter says that the bartender is making my drink now and it will be out soon. We can see the bartender and he isn't making my drink. He doesn't even start my drink for another 5 minutes. And when he finally does make my drink he sets it on the bar for the server to get when he eventually passes by and goes to do something else when our table is literally 5 feet from the bar and he could have brought it over. We all eat our food and after I finish my food my drink is finally delivered to our table. 30+ minutes after we ordered it. When he came to check on us and we said something about the unacceptable wait time and how I finished my food before I even got my drink his response was 'well to be fair, you did eat fast'. I was floored, instead of just apologizing he was telling me I was eating too fast and that was an acceptable answer to why my drink took so long. Between ordering my drink and finishing my food we had ordered the food, they had cooked the food, the kitchen staff had brought the food to our table and I had ate the food. Unacceptable.

I also gave this feedback to the restaurant when prompted at checkout. No one reached out to me within 24 hours to follow up so I figured I should share my experience with others so they can...
